• International Shipping: Please allow an additional 5-7 days beyond the domestic delivery timeframe.

• Hand-Painted and Hand-Crafted Products: 10-15 working days within Pakisatn and 21-24 working days internationally.
• Ready-made Products: 5-7 working days within Pakistan and 12-15 working days internationally.
• Mixed Orders: Follow the timeframe for hand-painted items. Note that items within Pakistan may be shipped separately based on availability.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date for defective items, incorrect sizes, or significantly delayed deliveries. Please note that bespoke, hand-painted, and handcrafted items are not eligible for refunds but can be exchanged or returned for a store coupon under specific conditions.

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement:

• Full refund minus payment gateway charges within 24 hours.
• 75% refund if cancelled between 24 to 48 hours.
• Only coupon refunds for cancellations after 48 hours.

If delivery is deemed not possible, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

They are water resistant coated. However, we request you to not soak them in water.

you can clean the sneakers outer surface with water soaked cotton cloth to remove normal stains and usual dirt, however as the hand painted sneakers and customized bridal sneakers are prepared for special occassions, functions as trendy footwear therefore, machine washing or sports, hiking, rough areas walk is not recommended nor guaranteed for any damage or removing of art, paint and craft work from the sneakers.

We use high quality imported class paints for customization of colors, designs on the sneakers with extra layers of water proof coating, however the life span of sneakers can never be predicted and entirely depends upon on usage and care of shoes, we recommend the regular cleanliness and avoiding using in rough areas and washing in machines can prolong the life span of sneakers.
